My family has been in the flat glass business since 1927.  I started the Inner-City Glass Company in 1978 and since that day, we have been profitable each and every year.  We have a Boston location, and, we are small enough to take care of your minute details.  Most of my business today is from referrals, and my advertisement budget is quite low.  As a result, most of my new customers have seen my previous work from their friends, and they are happy with our results.  Operating any business from referrals should tell you that “they must do great work”
